John Rentch and I are launching into Smithville Lake on Maryland’s Eastern Shore tomorrow morning (Monday, 14 November) at 10:00 a.m.

We will be leaving the parking lot of Jemal's Bay 50 Shopping Center at 9:00 a.m. for those who want to caravan. Jemal's Bay 50 Shopping Center is just before the eastbound toll booth plaza of the Bay Bridge on Whitehall Road which parallels Route 50.
If you arrive at Smithville later than 10:00 a.m. you can reach us on VHF Channel 68.
We’ve read that Smithville is a good pickerel location. We hope the pickerels have read those reports!
