  • Not fish related but important

This post is not fish related but it is of importance to all of us none the less. There has been an significant increase in "Theft from Vehicles" in the county and as of late in Southern Anne Arundel County. On two recent nights 26 vehicles were entered, 20 on one night and 6 the next. These thieves are looking for anything of value from spare change, phone chargers, phones any and all electronics, tools, toys, anything they can sell. Most of these thefts are from unlocked vehicles...yea we all forget now and then to lock them up before leaving but this is what these "Uninvited Shoppers" are counting on. Please remind your family members to always "Lock it before you Leave it" If by chance you do become a victim of these folks Please Call the Police and Report it.

    Be Safe

We had a sting of cars broken into a few months back. Like you stated most cars were unlocked. 2 cars stolen in a two week period, with numerous cars broken into. Even our neighbors car was hit (all that was taken was a small pocket knife). These thefts ran up and down 31 in Westminster.

My neighbor got hit as well (Gaithersburg, Md). He had a iphone on his front seat. They saw that and broke the glass to get it (the car was locked).
