OCEAN KAYAK Trident series Battery bag

Hi

I own a Trident11 Ocean Kayak.. The battery bag which came with the kayak has got the zipper stuck ana no matter what i do, i dont seem to be able to get it open! I tried wd40, all kinds of lubricant but it just wont budge.
I tried to look up on the net where to get a new one in case itll need replacing if I eventually will go and break it open but I cant seem to find them for sale no where! (Im in Spain)

Any ideas?

Have you tried to reach out to ocean kayak? That would be the fastest way to get an answer to your question. Just shoot them an email or call there customer support.
