2016 was a nice year for me for largemouth bass and pike.
Didn't catch near enough smallmouth bass and didn't have enough trips on the Upper Potomac.
2016 was a failure as far as kayak fishing near Duck, NC.
2016 saw me get addicted to fly fishing for bluegills and bass. I never get tired of top water action on the fly.
For 2017 I want to catch fish on flies that I make myself.
I also want to figure out how to catch fish consistently in the Ocean and sound around Duck, NC.

When you figure out how to CONSISTENTLY catch fish in the ocean and sound- please share...been trying to do that all my life and still haven't got it figured out...lol!
