I tied up 4 Merkin's Crab Fly. They are supposed to be used on Permit but other species in this area will bite them as well.
I would say that this fly is more difficult to tie. It took me longer than a normal fly. I am getting better at working in EP but it is a pain still.
This is usually tied in Tan but I figured Olive would work okay too and I had olive on hand.
