I think this has been brought up before, but what is defined as "moved by mechanical power"? If paddle/pedal does not fall under that definition it would appear we are not required to fish barbless hooks because we technically are not "trolling" by the DNR's definition.

The definition also includes manual and wind powered. You will need to fish barbless.
