Cobia fishing

Has anyone done any cobia fishing from their kayak? I have a sit in so it would be hard to sight fish for them since I can't stand up. I've caught plenty of cobia just never from a kayak. Id love to get into some I just don't want to take a drive by myself and go alone. If anyone wants to plan something I'm all in.

Thanks a lot. Great reports. That's a 4 hr drive for me so unfortunately I can't fish for them as much as id like to

Next year, I am planning to post my cobia fishing plan before the season opens.

I think my days of heavy-duty fishing are in my rear view mirror...used to love fighting and landing the big bull drum, stripers, cobia, billfish and sharks...getting too old for all that...that is a young man's game...nowadays, speckled trout, puppy drum, white perch and smaller stripers give me all I want...
