Since it looks like DC paddling is out for me,, looking for another Snakehead/Bass spot.
Has anyone fished Dyke Marsh?? launching from Belle Haven Park ?

I live across the parkway from Belle Haven Marina and fish there on occasion. I prefer to go after rockfish and walleye up the river from there but on occasion I’ll go after largemouth. Not a lot of experience fishing for largemouth but have had some outstanding days less than a mile south of the marina where you make a right into a water trail. It will lead you back to the bike trial bridge. Along the way on the bends can be productive. Take a look at Google maps for a better idea of where I am referring.
