Any perception pescador pilot owners?

I have a very irritating problem I am wondering if anyone else with a PPP is experiencing. The 2 screws on the bottom of the back of the seat is digging the holy crap out of the sides of my kayak. I can't figure out why this is happening, my seat seems to barely fit in molded area and the screws are tearing it up bad. Is this only happening to me? Anyone might have a solution for me. THANKS

I mean the inside sides of the kayak, and the screws are on the sides of the chairs at the bottom

Are the screws going through the outer shell into inside the hull? what would they be rubbing on?
