          Looking good. Here's a tip, for what it's worth. Those safety pin style spinners flex when a fish hits causing knots to untie. There are two solutions, tying a loop knot or adding a small split ring. Either will keep you tied up to land your fish.

            When using those small safety pin spinners with a closed eye, I often tie a small snap swivel on the end of the line to clip to the eye.

              Here are a few I tied up today on some cheap painted Jigs I picked up from Walmart.

              Someone asked about cost. The jig heads are $0.16 a piece and the spinner was $0.50 each.

                I put one of my 1/8oz. homemade jig spinners to work today on the Eastern Shore.
