missing kayaker

I saw something on the news this morning that they were looking for a missing kayaker on the Severn. Anybody hear anything?

Search for 2nd occupant of the yak was suspended yesterday and resumed today. I have not heard any further news.

I hate to sound on a soapbox, but these were not kayakkers in the traditional term, they were construction workers who had a construction dinghy let loose, and their gut reaction was to put two lives at risk in the kayak to go rescue their equipment, not wearing PFDs and not taking into consideration the crazy high winds. The first occupant was able to swim to shore, the second occupant, I hope he also made it to shore and godspeed to him and his family.
