Unrelated but they just finished pulling two bodies out of the water in the Potomac around Charles County from a flipped boat. Tragically this seems to be a common springtime news story on the first warm days of the year. Water is still cold and even that far up the river wind and waves are a factor. No info if they had on life preservers but the boat was quickly found but no one was around it which set up the wider search.
