NOAA Buoys still offline?

Does anyone know when the remaining NOAA weather buoys will be deployed again? I see the majority of them are online but the Susquehanna, Patapsco, and Upper Potomac buoys are still offline. I am assuming it is because of the cold spring but now it is a safe bet the water will not be going below freezing any time soon.

The Susquehanna is deployed (has been for weeks). A friend of mine emailed them and they said they are new upgraded buoys this year and they are having trouble bringing some of them online.

Thanks, I thought I saw the Buoy out there when I was at the flats recently. Hope they get the software glitches resolved.

I'm too am getting the same thing. Using last year's CBIBS web address it says the Susky buoy is still offline. Last reading was dated December 8, 2017.
