  • List of Maryland launch sites

I accidentally found this site and the guy gives some really good info about launch sites throughout the state.

    http://saki.iwarp.com/launch_sites.html

Do we have a sticky somewhere for this that I missed?

I felt the same way. I wonder if he knows about Snaggedline? Most kayakers I know never heard of this site. I wonder if DNR would put a link to us on their website?

cool link.. I found him a couple of years ago... as I had spent much time on the eastern shore.. I like his "chickens" link.

anyway... not sure if I found this link here.. my apologies for reposting it... but I really like and have been using this link below.

When you open up the page... look in the lower left corner... there is "Street View" box for the map.. which I think makes it a lot cleaner to look at, as opposed to the "earth/satellite" view.

              also a little off topic..
But Maryland Bottom Habitat... kinda helps you do some recon...
with listed "Popular Fishing Areas"... but thank goodness no "secrets" :-)

of course there are maps of hundreds of historical oyster beds...
which you can spend.. well, months exploring...
Top left select "Basemap" and then "Oceans"... easier to look at...
