Bodkin Ribbon Cutting today Wed June 27 2018 1 pm

Hello all, I hope to see you today at the ribbon cutting for the new kayak launch from Downs Park onto the Bodkin at 1 pm.

Downs Park is in Pasadena MD. Take Route 100 east keep going when it turns into Mountain Road and go straight when Mountain Road curves to the right towards Gibson Island.

The $6 admission fee is per car not per person and the park only takes cash or check. Military and retired military get in free. Lifetime $40 over-60 senior pass. Annual four park pass (Downs, Fort Smallwood, Quiet Waters, Kinder Farm) $30 county residents, $40 noncounty residents.

This is sweet! That 30$ a year fee isnt bad at all.. I didnt realize that it covered all of those parks.
