We’ve been trying to report on conditions down south on a regular basis but I have to agree, things have gone secret squirrel with few reports being posted. I don’t report every trip but do try to keep a fresh report on the forum so folks know what’s happening, or not happening in the slower lower. Still no reds or specks on the western shore with good days and medium days on the stripers. Rare right now to have a Severn day for us.

Moc caught around 30 or so crabbing yesterday. Plastic Boat, Moc & I caught plenty of fish. They were fishing mostly perch, I was targeting striper mostly dinks although I had around a 28" one snap my line right at the side of my yak while I was reaching for my grip. Caught it on a paddletail using a medium light rod and a 2000 reel with 10lb test braid.

I tried for crabs at the beginning of the month in the eastern bay area. Didn't see a single crab. Either the crab weren't there yet or I have no idea what I'm doing.

I did catch a ton of dink striper though.
