I was fishing the Potomac Saturday morning where I drop a bike off at landers and put in at Brunswick then ride back to brunswick to get my truck when I'm done. Little did I know that a culvert and bridge have been washed out on the C&O, but fortunately you can crawl up the slope to the railroad track that still has a working culvert and then scramble back to the bridge. Its a little treacherous with the loose rocks but worked in a pinch.
Fishing wise was pretty nice the water was cloudy and a bit high but bass were still biting. Caught a 14" SMB, 15" SMB, decent catfish, and a bunch of dinks. Then the rain came and soaked brunswick area with 2.5" of rain.
Still a good day fishing.
