The post uses GeoTagging from your phone to show your catch location. Mine up at the pond in Dublin last week are very accurate. Not everyone does that so there are two different ways they are tagged. Assigned to the body of water ( catches grouped under tag for the body of water ) and catches that are geolocated. Each has their own color for the marker.

Community edits with Navionics has the option of marking fishing spots. A lot of what you see is public knowledge, but it’s helpful for new water.
