Fish finder won’t connect to satellite

I have a Lowrance Elite 4 chirp and it hasn’t connected to a satellite in the last two trips? Anything I can try? Didn’t I turn something off?

Hard reset, contact Lowrance if you need to.

I have an Elite 4 chirp that is sitting idle in my garage that can be yours for the price of shipping. I upgraded to a 7 this summer.
