OBX near shore wrecks

Has anyone fished near shore wrecks in the Outer Banks? Namely the wreck just a bit south of the Second Street beach access in Nags Head, and The Boiler wreck near shore south of Oregon Inlet. I'm heading down there in late May, and again in late July/Early August, and want to try to get to The Boiler in my Revo, weather permitting. I hear trolling for Spanish out there from mid-May thru late June is fairly decent.

Please give us a fishing report. My son's in laws have a place down there and I been considering giving it a fish.
