Nice Fish. You have now got me thinking seriously about going down this weekend. Any pointers on catching a couple like those? Gulp & fish strips? Did you guys fish Roosevelt inlet?

Yea we started drifting around the north Jetty at ri using gulp and blue strips. The blue were in the inlet blitzing hard in the morning and we caught several keeping about 10 fish to 14'' for bait. I was using a 1/4oz rattle trap getting blues every cast. Just watch the birds as the sun comes up.

Excellent work guys. Those are some great flounder (or some small halibut ).

It sure beat my outing today by the Bay Bridge.

Nice job! I sure couldnt find them there last saturday. You guys try the CHSP pier too? Bait store guy said someone had caught an eight pounder there recently.

We fished there a few weeks ago and I landed an 8lb FLounder however it was the only keeper caught. At the inlet i think we had 6-7 keepers
