I haven't been there this year. Does it still open at 0700 and you can drive up and dump your yak before you park?

Yes same format, usually sleepy ranger moseys out about 715 to open the gate, don't be expecting to get in right at 7. Drive down drop your Yak and then park. VERY Limited Parking FYI
