Good to meet you Rob! We ended up staying out till about 5/6am Sunday morning and we all found some fish! That is a cool place for sure and I can see how it is that you can do those marathon sessions down there.

Luther was kind enough to show me where the rock were hanging out too! It was a nice finish to a long day of fishing. I'm thinking about heading back down this weekend to look for some of those specs. Maybe see you around?

It was nice meeting up with everyone from the MKF group down there. John, thanks for sending out the maps and information. I've saved it all and hope to get down there more in the future.

Did anyone make it out Sat. night or Sun. after the tourney, if so how'd you do. I decided to head back so I could make it out to Kent Island Kayaks on Sunday to get a visipole and stake out pole that I wasn't lucky enough to win at the tournament. Surprisingly, I caught half a dozen 12-13" specks at the end of the breakwater there, which was more than I caught at the tournament.

Enjoyed fishing with you guys the night after the tournament! Glad those striper showed up after all Redfish12! A couple hundred birds sitting on the water chilling with schoolies practically rubbing their feet. That was pretty cool!

I only got the one I posted the pic of at the end of the second post. It was just shy of 19". I wish I could have stayed out longer but I knew I was going to have both my kids without the help of my wife all day on Sunday.
