try clearing out all your cookies in your browser. i was having the same issue but once i cleared out cookies it worked fine.

I cleared out my cookies and it seems to be working better.

As I have discovered- Apple doesn't like MS Software- my Outlook for Apple gets corrupted all the time- my IT Department fixes it five or six times a year-
