Need a Chesapeake winter panfish teacher

I need to get “edjamucated” on winter panfishing. I’d love to extend my fishing season all year long but between December and the Spring Striper run, I really don’t know where to go.

Any of you cold blooded anglers care to show me the ropes?

There's a guy named Andy (username Andypat) over at pierandsurf.com in the Maryland section that is a panfish whisperer. Unless he's taking his wife to the doctor or the water is frozen over, he's out fishing. Every. Day. He usually post pictures of not only what he's catching, but what he used to catch them. He has a few secret spots he's hesitant to share, but most of the time you can figure out where he is if he doesn't just flat out say where.
