Stupid Wader Question?

I have an outback and I just got my chest waders from cabelas. Do you guys where anything over and/or under the neoprene booties?

I was thinking about getting some oversized crocs to where from car to kayak.

i got a extra large pair of sneakers from walmart to go over and definitely socks on the inside. dont forget your wader belt and dry top too

I use a pair of oversize neoprene boots (with black rubber treaded sole) over the neoprene wader booties. More insulation for those cold fishing days.

Hope your waders have a zipper on the front for those precious moments when you gotta go. Makes it much more convenient.

I almost always wear crocs (or the imitation ones anyway from walmart) out on the yak because they clean easy, slip right on, are comfortable and they float. If I am wearing my waders, which I also have the ones from cabelas, I'll either slip on the crocs or the pair of boots that came with the waders. I always wear some kind of sock underneath. You don't want a toenail wearing through the neoprene.
