I fished there on Monday. I paddled 9.3 miles and 6 hours in the heat (6:45 to 12:45). I caught about a dozen stripers to 20.5" and two large perch (11.5" and 12.5"). Some came by casting to structure and others came while trolling.
My buddy who fished there the same day had better luck, catching several stripers in the low 20s and one large speck.
The water is very warm now. I think you would have better success early in the morning or in the evening. Or wait a few weeks until things cool off.

I fished to the north and south of Lowe's Wharf along the Tilghman Island shoreline and also in shallow water near the islands.
