Wilson Bridge Alternate Launch?

For those that haven't launched from Jones Pt Park under the Wilson Bridge (Beltway) in the last couple months, the launch is down for maintenance with no fix date in sight according to the park superintendent (#pandemic). Curious if anyone's managed to launch somewhere nearby recently? I read someone on here had launched out of the woods a bit south of the floating dock recently, but don't know if that's feasible with a PA14.
