Best waterproofing treatment for waders

My Hodgman Weir chest breathable waders are losing their waterproofness through normal use, especially around the seat and lap areas . Any suggestions on the best treatment (brand, formula, whatever) for these?

Nikwax makes a product for restoring the waterproofing in waterproof breatheable jackets and other high performance outerwear. Don't know if it's right for waders, but at least this will give you a place to start looking.
