  • Where are you fishing this weekend?

I wanted to know who was fishing where this weekend. I know there is suppose to be another Meet and Greet on Sat I think, but I have not seen if anyone will be there, I have seen people going out on charters, or PLO, and other places. So will you be at the M&G? And if not where and when will you be fishing and for what kind of fish?

Won't be at the M&G, had actally forgotten about it, but I will be fishing Friday at St Jeromes and maybe sunday afternoon at Harbor Hospital. My plans keep changing by the minute it seems but looks like I will be in State College for Joe Pa's last home game against Nebraska. Good Fishin

Maybe VB too. Specifically CBBT for togs, depending on wx.

Of course, there's also Kipto for togs and stripers, Rudee for specks and stripers, and Lynnhaven for specks (and stripers too?). I don't know if the specks are still around in numbers though.

Heading down with a buddy and fishing his boat ......... not sure how we'll do ....... seems to be a transitional time ......... 21 ft boat seems too big for the specs on the eastern shore side but the Tog are there

I think it might be a couple of weeks early for the stripers but I'm hoping for some schoolies at least ......... might try drifting eels at the highwise.

Would actually rather be Yakin .......... easier to Tog fish, can get to the specs ........ boat is better for drifting eels though ....... I think

Going to Kipto or CBBT (or even Rudee) Saturday morning. Leaving 4 am. Stop by Oceans East for bait and hit the water around 9-ish. Then it's Saturday night for stripers and togs at HRBT.

Let me know by noon tomorrow so I can pick up some blue crab for you too, moc.

Todd's post will show you how to fish the light line at HRBT:

I'm thinking about fishing the Upper Potomac for smallmouth. I remember doing that when I was a kid and the gettins were good back then. Curious to see what it's like now. I love that topwater action.

Are the winds going to be suitable?

I'm down here right now. I Dont think cbbt is doable but other areas will be fine.
