Name of Kayak Co

Does anyone know the name of a Kayak sales and rental Co near Harpers Ferry WVA? Its in MD and I seem to remember railroad tracks near the establishment aswell Its along rt 15/340 and near the river. The guy there sells and rents Yaks really Cheap. Most of his saleable Yaks are used but are good prices for the most part. I used to have the number but lost it. I can't even remember the name either. Does anyone know who I'm talking about???Any help would be Greatly appreciated!!!
