Hmm, hopefully the forecast changes for you guys. I'm hoping I can drive down on Sunday for the day, but not sure yet. Fingers crossed for calm winds for the weekend.

Far be it for me to say anything about wind as I have been known to venture out in 40 mph winds, but I was fishing protected waters- the Concrete ships were set in place to act as a breakwater for the ferry so it could operate in stormy weather- so it should be fine under most conditions-"Lady Luck" 2016 Red Hibiscus Hobie Outback, Lowrance Hook2-7TS

Winds are a factor but seldom at the Ships ........... also there is always someplace to fish regardless of the winds. Last time I was there we had 20+ winds from the south and there were 3 ftr's coming between the ships but it was calm between the ships and the land ......... also it was calm on the VB side ...........
This will probably be the last weekend for Tog and a good one for Mama's

Ok .......... reservations have been made and they will put the trailer as close as they can to the bathhouse .......... I have some blankets, sheets and pillows but I suggest you guy bring a sleeping bag, and pillow if you want and towels. I think I have everything else ......
They usually charge $5/adult and $5/additional car but they may not bother us.

An angler and a Gentleman… and an Angel
An angler and a Gentleman… and an Angel
I really want to fish this Saturday. I want to join you guys fishing CBBT. I cooked dinner every day since the last Sunday. Today I put the Christmas lights outside. Especially I fixed an Angel. I replaced all lights on the Angel made of wire. The angel is alive but she can’t ascend because I secured her firmly on the ground. She won’t be blown away this time by the strong wind. My wife loves the angel, but I did not fix the angel for two years. Tonight I will clean the house, and tomorrow I will put the Christmas tree up by the fire place.
If I don’t screw up tomorrow, the gentleman becomes an angler, I hope.

Nicely said, Joe. I'm sure you'll work things up just fine because you are good with fixing, building, creating and innovating things.
I don't think CBBT will be yak fishable Saturday because of the predicted high winds. Kipto should be better, if the winds are not from the south or north. Nice thing about Kipto is that you can target togs or stripers.2015 Hobie Outback (yellow)

I am staying home on Saturday. I forgot the Christmas Party in the evening. I may be able to hit Lake Anna for WP in the morning and come back home before 3:00pm
Good Luck guys!
