February 11, 2012 Susky Perch M&G

I'm organizing the February 11, 2012 Susky YP M&G. Hopefully the big perch bite will be on by then!

Launch site: Jean Roberts Memorial Park, Havre De Grace, MD

Lunch site: Tidewater Grille, Havre de Grace, Md

I would like everyone's opinion of launch time and lunch time:
I'm thinking a launch time between 9 and 10am is appropriate for this time of year and then lunch between 1 and 2pm. The idea is to paddle over and tie off at the Tidewater Grille dock for lunch and possibly fish afterwards as well.

I would also like to get a tally of the brave souls that will be attending so I can call Tidewater Grille.

You know I will be there for those tastey yellow perch. I will make a test run this weekend to see how their numbers are.

I'm going to say "in" as long as the weather isn't outrageous. Would love to do M&G and catch some big, tasty yellow perch. Never been in yak in February before.

Thanks for all the responses. This time of the year we have to monitor the weather closely, if the weather is not good, I will not want to go either. I'll start putting a list together by the end of the week and then just update as time goes on. There is not a lot of parking at Jean Roberts Park. I may have to look into other possibilities...
