I have several distress flares with expired Coast Guard dates. I was told that some of the West Marine stores will take them and hand them over to the CG Aux. for safe boating classes. Can DOGFISH or anyone steer me in the right direction.
The store where I work does not take old flares. Possibly the county dump would take them. They have several areas or containers for hazmat type products.
