pretty yummy metro, i pulled a big slab of rock fillet from my 43" that i vacuum sealed last april. added some evoo, salt, pepper, a little garlic-Parmesan seasoning and a little lo salt crab spice, baked it for an hour 15 min. at 350*. man that slab was thick and took a long time to bake but worth it yum yum. i think there is still another piece in the freezer next time i'll take a pic.
