pasadena sportfishing groups ffm is saturday and sunday. always the best of the season. woodys selling stuff and a table with used reels for 1.50. i hope the guy from Lonley Anglers is there this year he makes some nice poppers

Well, maybe two at the most. I do not need much. I am just going to see what they have and to have some oysters and a beer, and chat with whom ever I see there on Sunday morning.Comment

If you drink and chat for 1 hour, that leaves 1 hour for the tables. That's 20 seconds per table

I went this morning. Crowded. Elbow to elbow in people. Although I didn't need them, I bought some beads, lead, a bait knife, and lures. My highlight was buying two packs of swimming shads (15 5" plastic shads per pack, chartreuse and white) at $1 per pack

I got a pack of a bakers dozen(13) shad darts from jj's stand. I was at Beachwood later this afternoon and he was there checking things out. He talked with me describing how painfully time consuming it is to make jigs, and he mentioned that he had feather jigs. I followed him out of the park and he sold me 2 packs of feathers jigs on the side of the road. I hope to try them out this summer for some perch.Comment
