              Woodberry Kitchen (mentioned in the article) is one of my favorite restaurants in Baltimore and they make an effort to locally source all of their food. They sell rockfish there as well but only ones caught by hook and line, not nets. It is a fancy restaurant and you do pay for it, but it's great if you have a special occasion. I was debating going for more perch this weekend since I've eaten 20 over the past couple of weeks (including 6 cured and smoked!) but after seeing the new recipes, I am changing my mind.
