Maybe Im the only dummy that didnt know this, but if you have a MD fishing license, you do not have to buy a VA fishing license to fish VA saltwer.

However, you do have to register with the VMRC to get an FIP#.

got my delaware licence and the FIN# was automaticly generated and printed on the licence.

has anyone ever been asked for the FIN#?

Not sure what you mean about the FIN. My DE license expired a few months ago.

If we're going to Lewes again to this time catch BIG flounder, BIG specks, BIG croakers, but small sharks, then I'm going renew it.
