Welcome all you newbies . I was at BPS maining a table there. I am glad you joined the group. I think this year I my drive down to the Choptank River Pier area and try to launch my yak around there for fish and crabs. That might be a midway point for anyone on the Eastern shore to meet up with their fellow yakers on the western shore of the Bay Bridge.

Coming up from down here in Southern Maryland to anywhere on the MD eastern shore is over a hundred miles- (150 miles to Ocean City) I can zip on down the US 301/17 south route into Tidewater in about the same time frames...add another 150 and I can be in Hatteras fishing the Palmico Sound...
