Anyone have a link for what they use for stainless steel bait clips? I'd like to buy local if I can.

Sorry for the resurrection of an old thread, but I have a question that I cant seem to find the answer to using the search function. What kind of line do people use for their main line. Im thinking either paracord or bank line but Id like to see what others are using. Ive never had an tangling issue with paracord so Im leaning that way but I'd like to hear whats been successful for those with a little kayak crabbing experience.

people almost always use #5 trotline, # 8 trotline (both are braided) or 1/4" 3 strand nylon.

the most durable is the latter. Not sure how much success you will have with paracord & snoods.
