New kayak is on the truck!

My new Trident 13 angler is on the truck and will hopefully be here by Tuesday. I got the 'sand' color as I figured it would hide dirt better. I got it from Dave at Annapolis Kayak and canoe.

I used to keep the old one on the floor of the garage. These days I don't have any room on the floor so I installed a hoist from the ceiling similar to the one I have for my bicycle.

Ah the eager anticipation until it shows up. Checking the tracking number every 10 minutes doesn't help it get there faster, it turns out. Enjoy.

Alas, my new fishfinder is on order and won't be in by then.

Seeing how Easter is next weekend, that pushes me back another week. Hopefully, I will be able to get out the second or third week in April.

Congrats on the new Kayak! You dont need a fishfinder to fish, I fished "blind" my entire first season and did fine. Give the new yak a splash as soon as you get it!
