  • Luckly we dont deal with this at the Bay Bridge

I'm still convinced a Hobie with an Olympic sprinter and a in-line 48oz sinker could fish the those bridge pylons effectively.

It looked like that guy was out there for fun. Pretty awesome surfing, bracing, and rolling skills. I can't imagine having a following sea of that size.

I think it served both reasons.

Hate to say it guys but Ive seen waves close to that at CBBT ........... and 1 1/2 hrs later it was flat as a pancake ...........

It was the first time fishing for Cobia at CBBT .......... launched at Kipto and there was a 1 1/2 ft chop ....wind from the north ..... by the time we reached the 4th Island the wind had picked up and the waves were 4 ft + and coming from all directions ....... 1/2 hour behind the island and we were watching huge waves cresting under the bridge and I was wondering how we would get back ........ an hour or 2 later it was flat calm and we went Cobia fishing ......... caught 1 small 1
