  • Search function missing

It appears since the website was updated a bit ago, the search function no longer works. Is there an effort ongoing to recover that info and have it available? It was so useful.

Are you on your phone? The new layout is pretty terrible for me unless I change my phone to open the desktop version not the mobile "optimized" version of the site.

I should have been more clear in my prior reply, search one of the things that doesn't work on my phone/mobile browser, but desktop site on phone search (and everything else) works as normal

Are you able to search for anything before Nov 21?

No, doesn't seem like it. I just searched keywords from the titles of posts that I made prior to Nov and got no results. I guess when they updated the site all the old threads became inaccessible to search.

Any plan to make it work? I too need to search in past years.

As a stop-gap, you can use Google with the search modifier: site:snaggedline.com preceding your search terms. If you want to be even more specific in your search, you can put your search terms in quotation marks.

This is a very helpful workaround - thank you.

Doesn't identify everything, but it works. Thanks!
