This Week on CHFH: Jim Cooper of Heroes on the Water!

Lady Chesapeake (AKA Anastasia St Cloud) and I are pumped to have Jim Cooper of Heroes on the Water and Heroes On The Water - Maryland Chapter this week on the Crazyhorse Fishing Hour, a series on The Fishing Channel.

Heroes on the Water successfully applies a simple solution to a complex issue surrounding the wellness of physical and mental health of our veterans and first responders. They provide all tackle, a kayak, and volunteer guides to connect these honored men and women and their families to the therapeutic benefits of comraderie and nature.
Jim has been running the chapter since 2014. He is an Army Veteran of 21 years, a lifetime fisherman, and long time kayak angler.

Heroes on the Water (HOW) is a first-class organization. Jim Cooper does an outstanding job administering the Maryland chapter.

There are several Snaggedline members who have participated in their events as volunteers over the years.

It’s a very rewarding and enjoyable volunteer experience.
