I hope Hunter doesn't get a contract extension. I'm not sure I can take 3 more years of 2-1 games.

The Caps certainly earned the series. It is amazing to me that they won 3 games up in Boston. It was a very close series and either team could have won it.

So why was Holtby in Hershey all year long? I hope he is a long-term answer for them in goal.

It's amazing how a player can be average all season and get hot right at the playoffs. It's a good thing Holtby caught fire when he did! He should go into the next round with a lot of confidence.
Joel Ward who scored the game winner last night scored 7 goals for Nashville the year before in the playoffs. Talk about being hot during the playoffs. Maybe last nights goal was just the start for him!

Yup, I'm happy about the Tannehill pick. He should already know Mike Sherman's offense, so he should have a head start.
