I haven't posted in a while, so I thought I'd jump on here and share some pics from a recent 2-week trip to the OBX of NC. Many fish were caught!

Hey Jim - It was good to meet you down in OBX. I didn't have nearly as much luck the rest of the trip as I did out with Mikey (where I managed to catch my first ever flounder from a kayak). The areas near where I was staying in Waves were just too damn shallow in most spots and my times out in Oregon Inlet were hampered by lizardfish, blues, and floating grass. I made the drive over to Stumpy Point on my last day and managed a few small pups, but the highlight was this 23" red.

Very cool guys. I'll be in the OBX for the last two weeks of September. I need to catch a fish on the fly rod in the salt someplace.
