Rock Hall Trophy Fishing

Anyone ever launched out of Ferry Park, Rock Hall, MD to trophy striped bass fish? Ferry Park looks like an great place to launch a yak. But I am not sure what the conditions would be like fishing the bay for striped bass? How would you fish the channel (i.e. troll and/or jig)?
