Beverly Triton open and almost done

Hello all,

Beverly Triton is open and almost done. The kayak launch is open, the bathrooms are still under construction and the county has not yet done the water quality testing for a public swimming beach.

There is a free reservation pass required for weekends and holiday from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Look at the park website for details. Beverly Triton is now a regional park. The park is free for now, but the county will soon start charging admission. Admission will be included in the regional park pass, and usual free or reduced admission for military, veterans, disability, etc.

Glad to hear the park is open but very disappointed to hear there are numerous layers of red tape to using the space now. The website mentions something about a fishing pass being required too, but it seems like that's geared toward shore fishing.
