Live Bait (minnows) in Montgomery or Frederick Counties?

Im trying to find a tackle shop in Frederick or Montgomery counties that sells minnows. The closest places I know are too far away to be worth grabbing the day before a trip. If I want to do any early morning before the sun comes up fishing on the eastern shore, I get delayed having to wait for Anglers or other tackle shops to open.

Im trying to buy the day before so I can head straight to the boat ramp. Any info would be appreciated.

I haven't looked for a year or two, but last time I checked, there wasn't anywhere in Montgomery County that sold minnows.

Closest place I found was in Boyd's. Super small shop and I paid a bit more than I usually do, but they had what I needed.

Sorry. I meant Brunswick. Right off the Potomac. A little north of Point of Rocks.
