I plan on fishing the eastern side of the bridge tomorrow sometime around 2-3 till whenever. If anyone would like to join, feel free. I plan on launching at terrapin park with everything going on at the the beach club. I want to focus on jigging the pilings. PM me if you want to meet up and we can exchange numbers.

Just for everyone's knowledge, I did go out yesterday out of Terrapin. With the cart I had, the trail part was fine, it was just the sand part that sucked. Anyways, I made it out to the bridge and fished there for three hours with nothing. I didnt see anyone else catch a fish while I was there either. I really think the whole weekend fishing thing is just crap. I think there are just too many boats on the water. Anyways, I am looking forward to the spot showing up so I can try my livewell and live line for them...

I have heard from a couple sources that it is too early still for the pilings. I went out there as well last week and had no luck on a Monday. Trying again in a week or so.

Last year BB east pilings really heated up with resident fish from June onward. This year...we did get warmer weather early on so they might come later this month.

Thanks for the report, yeah all my charter buddies have said fishing is a little slow even with 12+ lines in the water.

I actually caught a 34" fish last Wed on the Western side pilings. I figured things should be OK. I defiantly did good last summer at the pilings on the east side though. Oh well, we will just have to keep trying.
